Isaiah 9:2 gives me great hope. It says, “The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.” What a wonderful promise. We know that he is that light and he’s faithful to his promise.
His Spirit is being poured out on you now and he’s bringing you out of darkness into his wonderful light. We know that he’s pouring out his Spirit now because Joel 2:28 says, “I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh.” These promises are to us beloved, so lift up your head and believe God because he is faithful that promised.
